What if you did not receive an item which has been paid for or the item is not as described?

As soon as you pay for an item, the purchase status will be changed to "Paid”* in your "My Orders” section of buynsellindia.com account. Your seller will also receive an email from us confirming about the purchase.

After paying for the item, you can email your seller at any time by using the "Ask a Question" option from the item listing page or through the seller’s contact details available in the "Contact Seller” in "My Orders” section of your buynsellindia.com account.
