How you can confirm whether you received the item or not?

  • After the seller has delivered the item to you, be sure to confirm the item you have received as described on the listing. This will ensure that the transaction is completed successfully. If you do not confirm whether the item is delivered or not.

  • on 8th day, not exceeding 15 days from the payment date, it is considered to be a successful transaction and you will not be able to claim a refund.

  • Kindly refer to the Goods Not Received (GNR) and Goods Not As Described (GNAD) policies for more details.
