How to know your seller?

We recommend checking the seller’s business reputation on buynsellindia.com by looking at their Feedback Score.

To check the feedback score of a seller, click on the "View Feedback" link on the item listing page under the "Seller Information" section or you can also click the number next to the seller's User Id. For ex: buynsellindia (31)

You can also read the comments left by the seller's previous buyers by clicking on the "From Buyers" tab on the seller's feedback page.

To view how a seller has been rated on parameters like

Speed of Delivery
Item as described
Communication
Shipping Cost

Click on "Details" link on extreme right of the feedback comments and a new pop window will open with the details.

Note: Feedback Parameters will only show if the buyer has rated the seller on the feedback parameters or else it will be blank as feedback parameters are optional for buyers to leave unlike feedback comments.
