Payment Terms:

We accept payments thru Times Of Money – the best and fast mode of payment. Times Of Money offers all options to pay – by Credit Card / Online Transfer. Items paid with Times Of Money are shipped quicker resulting in faster delivery as the payments are normally confirmed instantly!!

In case the customer desires Cheque / DD payment, the listing can be modified by us to accept the same. Please get in touch with us. We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery)

Shipping:

Normally, all products are available ex-stock and are shipped within 2-3 working days after confirmation / realization of payment. In very rare cases, there could be delays where it may take 7-10 working days after confirmation / realization of payment.

Disputes:

We want every order to go as smoothly as possible, but in rare cases, disputes may occur for reasons beyond our control. There are two ways for you to notify the dispute to us. You can email us or you can contact us by phone as given hereunder. If you ever have questions before making a purchase, just email us. If item received by you is defective /damaged, please intimate us and return it within 3 days of receipt of item. The replacement shall be sent to you immediately on receipt of the item. If the replacement is not available the full amount will be refunded.
